All of the SOS team have been extremely busy over the last few weeks completing the demanding application for a possible grant towards the purchase of the Swan. If successful up to £250,000 could be awarded to us and other community groups based on matching our existing funding
There was a huge sigh of relief when the form was finally submitted last week. We will now need to wait for 2 months to hear if we’ve been successful, so fingers crossed!
In the meantime, negotiations with the owners of the Swan continue and we resume the push for more funding.
